RULES OF THE HOUSE |check-in/out
- CHECK-IN its at 3 p.m., online, and completely autonomous. To reduce wait time, you must give at least one hour's notice:
- Make the full payment for your reservation through our payment gateway link, which you'll receive on the day of your arrival via email or WhatsApp. (Due to property policy, this is our only payment method, and cash is not accepted.)
- Complete the guest registration form using the link on our HOSPY platform, which you will receive after your reservation is confirmed.
- Once we've verified your registration and payment are correct, you'll receive the access codes to the building and your studio on the day of your arrival, along with any additional information you'll need to keep in mind during your stay.
- Valid Documents for guests and visitors:
Foreigners: Physical passport with the entry stamp to Colombia.
Colombian Citizens: Original or Digital ID Legally issued.
Visitors: You must present a valid physical document to enter the building.
- If you're traveling with a minor, remember to bring a birth certificate and a document that certifies that they're your child. Otherwise, you must show a certified power of attorney that confirms their parents' permission to travel with you.
- Photocopied identification documents will not be considered valid.
- After CHECK-IN:
-The building access code will be active for the duration of your reservation..
The access code to your Studio is for one use only to enter on the same day of check-in, and once you enter it will become inactive,
Upon entering the Suite you will find a card in the card holder or desk, which will function as a key, so *always carry it with you*, it also enables all the energy and lighting of the Studio.
- Due to property policies, only one card will be issued per Studio.
- Only one visitor is allowed at a time (maximum 3 hours).
- Guests under 18 must be accompanied by their parents.
- Drug use is prohibited.
- Sex tourism is strictly prohibited, as is the entry of strangers into the building.
- Quiet hours are after 10 pm.
- Use of the coworking space is for guests only and is open from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm.
- Use of Netflix and/or any other digital platform is at your own expense.
- A separate laundry service is available within the building for an additional fee. (Monday to Sunday, 7 am - 9 am; 12 pm - 3 pm; and 5 pm - 7 pm).
- Smoking is not permitted inside the property or in common areas.
- Check-out is no later than 12 pm. If you plan to leave early, please let us know your estimated time. When you leave, you must leave the card on the desk and close the door.
